Leading AI transformation
Technology has never been just about infrastructure to me; it has always been about unlocking human potential.
My career began at the intersection of strategy innovation and enterprise technology, most notably serving as the Head of Research Technology Management at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. There, I led the strategy and deployment of a world-class AI & HPC infrastructure including the launch of an IO500-ranked supercomputer that accelerated groundbreaking cancer research and empowered researchers to solve some of healthcare's most complex challenges.
Today, I serve as an AI Solutions Leader at Dell Technologies where I partner with healthcare systems & higher education institutions to transform AI from aspirations into measurable outcomes. My focus is helping organizations identify practical, scalable AI use cases that deliver tangible return on investments; whether improving patient care, accelerating research, modernizing operations or preparing the next generation of AI-enabled institutions.
Technical expertise & leadership
My expertise spans beyond supercomputing, AI, cloud technologies and agile leadership. I’m a Certified Chief of Staff and SAFe Scrum Master, with additional credentials in AI Automation Essentials, AWS, and Digital Leadership. I’ve led initiatives to launch an infrastructure grant program that bridges research funding gaps, developed specialized HPC training programs for the MSK research community, and driven process improvements that create more scalable and efficient research environments.
My focus remains clear: equipping institutions with the tools they need to push the boundaries of AI innovation.
Championing the next generation
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to advancing professional development, fostering inclusion and investing in the next generation of technology leaders. From serving as Engagement Chair for the Women in Leadership at Vanguard to advising the MSK DigITs internship program, I have championed initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for growth, mentorship and belonging.
Today, I continue that commitment as a Strategic AI Advisor for Harrisburg University Science & Technology, where I help shape the next generation of AI Professionals by connecting academic learning with real-world industry experience.
