About Jessica

I’m Jessica Audette, a technology executive with a proven track record of scaling complex organizations, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, and leading enterprise transformation. My work is driven by a deep commitment to advancing innovation while empowering people and teams along the way. Welcome to a glimpse into my professional world.

Leading research technology

I currently serve as Head of Research Technology Management at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I lead a team of 30 professionals and oversee a strategic operating portfolio of more than $25 million. I support high-impact initiatives that accelerate cancer research and strengthen the role of technology in scientific discovery. Under my leadership, MSK deployed IRIS, an IO500-rated supercomputer ranked #2 in the U.S. and #4 globally, significantly advancing data analysis capabilities and accelerating critical medical breakthroughs.

Technical expertise & leadership

My expertise spans beyond supercomputing, AI, cloud technologies and agile leadership. I’m a Certified Chief of Staff and SAFe Scrum Master, with additional credentials in AI Automation Essentials, AWS, and Digital Leadership. I’ve led initiatives to launch an infrastructure grant program that bridges research funding gaps, developed specialized HPC training programs for the MSK research community, and driven process improvements that create more scalable and efficient research environments. My focus remains clear: equipping researchers with the tools they need to push the boundaries of healthcare innovation.

Advocating for women in leadership

I’m a passionate advocate for women in leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve championed professional development and inclusion, including serving as Engagement Chair for the Office of General Counsel’s Women in Leadership program at Vanguard. Today, I continue to mentor emerging talent through Memorial Sloan Kettering’s DigITs internship program and lead efforts to build diverse, inclusive teams that support the next generation of women leaders.
