Leading research technology
Jessica currently serves as the Head of Research Technology Management at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she leads a team of 30 professionals and oversees a strategic operating portfolio exceeding $25 million. She stewards high-impact initiatives that advance cutting-edge cancer research and healthcare, elevating technology's pivotal role in transforming scientific discovery. Under her leadership, the implementation of an IO500-rated supercomputer - IRIS - ranked #2 in the US and #4 globally, has significantly accelerated data analysis and scientific discovery, improving the speed and precision of groundbreaking medical research.

Technical expertise and leadership
Jessica’s technical expertise extends beyond supercomputing. Certified as a Chief of Staff and Safe Scrum Master, she also brings credentials in AI Automation Essentials, AWS and Digital Leadership. Leveraging this diverse skillset, Jessica has led initiatives such as creating an infrastructure grant program to bridge research funding gaps and developing specialized HPC training programs for the MSK research community. She has also driven efforts to optimize HPC processes, enhancing infrastructure to create more efficient, scalable research environments. Her work empowers researchers with the technology they need to make vital advancements in healthcare, pushing the boundaries of healthcare innovation.

Advocating for women in leadership
A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Jessica has championed various initiatives throughout her career, including serving as Engagement Chair for the Office of General Counsel’s Women in Leadership (WIL) program at Vanguard. She continues to support professional growth opportunities for women, mentoring future leaders through the DigITs internship program at Memorial Sloan Kettering and leading efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion within her teams.
